The accounts payable clerk is responsible for the daily processing of invoice batches. The position works closely with the AP Lead and staff accountants. The position reports directly to the AP Manager and may take direction from the AP Lead.

JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Working knowledge of accounting and accounts payable functions using current accounting software products, Word and Excel. Must be able to understand terminology, transaction codes and procedures used in a complex computerized system. Must be able to communicate effectively.
