Warren Buffet Is Buying Full Service Real Estate Brokerages

Warren Buffett has made several statements this year saying now is a good time to invest in real estate.

How does someone with the investment capital he has invest in real estate? One way is that he buys real estate brokerages. Berkshire's HomeServices of America did $32 billion in sales in 2011. He has partnered with Brookfield Asset Management to more than double the size of his brokerage business.?The new franchise brand offered by this partnership will be called Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Brookfield Asset Management had acquired the Irvine, CA based?Prudential Real Estate last December.

So what kind of a real estate brokerage is it? Quoting from HomeServices of America "Regardless of how a home buyer or home seller chooses to do business with HomeServices, our full-service approach ensures complete customer satisfaction."
